What to Expect
To help you know what to expect, Aikido can be described as a ‘non-competitive martial art that promotes physical and mental flexibility ... a dynamic form of self defence that emphasises harmony and cooperation rather than aggression’.
Where to Find Us
We train in the Uniting Church Hall at the back of the church in Anson Street (near the corner of Summer). Entry is through the glass doors and foyer area.
AKI Women’s Camp 2018 Posted: 3 March 2018 We’re pleased to announce details of the AKI Women's Camp 2018 (see below) being organised by a small team led by Fiona Hawke Sensei. Anyone interested in attending can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a Registration Form to complete. Venue: Theatre at the Wentworth Falls School of Arts 217-219 Great Western Highway, Wentworth Falls (enter carpark from Adele Avenue) Saturday 19th May 9.30 am for set up and rego 10 am – 12.30pm classes 1 pm – 3 pm lunch and discussion 3 pm – 6 pm classes Evening dinner together Sunday 20th 8.30 am – 12.30 pm classes 12.30 pm – 1 pm pack up 1pm onwards lunch and optional bushwalk in the beautiful blue mountains (families welcome to join us)
