How to Get Started
You’re welcome to join us on the mat at anytime, but please check the ‘Getting Started’ page for useful information that will help you get the most out of your training.
What to Expect
To help you know what to expect, Aikido can be described as a ‘non-competitive martial art that promotes physical and mental flexibility ... a dynamic form of self defence that emphasises harmony and cooperation rather than aggression’.
Where to Find Us
We train in the Uniting Church Hall at the back of the church in Anson Street (near the corner of Summer). Entry is through the glass doors and foyer area.
